Education and Development Assistant
Sara assists and provides administrative support with our education and volunteer programs and fundraising activities. Her responsibilities include grant research and writing, coordinating events, and working with our Education, Partnership, and Development committees.
Previously, Sara worked at a butcher shop in New York City for four years before moving to northeast Pennsylvania where she worked on a few different farms and with the Lackawaxen Food Hub and The Cooperage Project. She is a former Natural Resources Intern with the National Park Service – Upper Delaware Scenic and Recreational River.
Sara is currently finishing a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science focusing on Fish & Wildlife Management at American Public University.
