The downstairs bathroom has a tub/shower and a full-size washer and dryer. Also on the first floor are a home office, a large living room with TV, a large dining room and a peaceful library with books and desk for working remotely. And don’t forget the gorgeous wrap-around, screened porch and open patio/deck with shade trees in the rear. It is a perfect spot for a peaceful respite with family and friends. Nestled in 12 acres of pasture and woods. The property includes a barn and an original his and hers outhouse.

Enjoy a day floating on our pond or out on a canoe or kayak in the Delaware River. Access is located nearby in Lordville or Long Eddy, only a few miles in either direction. Just across the Delaware River in Pennsylvania is the Equinunk General Store, with an unimaginable array of antiques, coffees, fresh-baked pastries, homemade pies, handmade soaps, locally sourced meats and cheeses, sandwiches, chocolates, handcrafted ice cream and more. A true piece of Americana! Visit nearby craft distilleries and an Alpaca farm. Long Eddy, Callicoon, Roscoe (Trout Town), Cochecton, Livingston Manor and Hancock offer eateries, distilleries, and breweries with tons of history. General groceries are available in Callicoon and Hancock where you will also find wine shops, river outfitters, restaurants, banks and movie theaters. A thirty-minute drive to the site of the 1969 Woodstock concert at Max Yasgur’s dairy farm in Bethel, and the Bethel Woods Center for the Arts.
