Marie Zwayer
Marie Zwayer is a Senior Human Resources professional based in Chicago, IL. Her areas of expertise include coaching, training and development, talent management, employee relations, policy development and administration, and compliance. She is the owner of RE Solutions Consulting, LLC, working with small and mid-sized businesses to provide practical HR solutions, and is the Director of Human Resources for Mowery & Schoenfeld LLC, a public accounting firm in Chicago.
Marie is an active outdoor enthusiast who enjoys gardening, hiking, kayaking, and camping. She was a resident of PA for nearly 25 years and enjoyed spending time upstate in the Poconos and parts north into NY including the Catskills and Adirondack regions. Marie also enjoys cooking, whether whipping up a new recipe or making something tried and true.
She previously served the Conservancy as a member of the Personnel Committee and joined the Board of Directors in early 2020, where she serves as Personnel Committee Chair.
