David Satnick
An attorney and senior partner of Loeb & Loeb LLP, David M. Satnick has been practicing law in the real estate field for over forty years and is considered one of the leading experts in the title insurance field. He is a member of Loeb’s Litigation Department and the Chair of the firm’s Insurance and Real Estate Litigation Practice, and has a diverse national and international litigation and trial practice.
David holds a B.A. from the University of Colorado and a J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law. He is an experienced trial lawyer and former Assistant District Attorney with the New York County District Attorney’s Office, and is admitted to the practice of law in state and federal courts in New York. He also has an active appellate practice, having argued a number of high-profile and precedent-setting cases in the New York state and federal appellate courts.
He was born and raised on Long Island, New York, but spent many childhood years at summer camps in the Upper Delaware River region and has owned homes in Dingmans Ferry and on Lake Henry. He relishes the natural bounty of the region and looks forward to contributing to the protection and conservation of the natural resources of the Delaware Highlands.
