Biology of the Bald Eagle

Join the Upper Delaware Scenic and Recreational River’s Fish & Feathers intern, Anika, at the Van Scott Nature Reserve for a program all about the majestic bald eagle! Learn about the fascinating biology and behavior of the bald eagle and the conservation efforts that helped bring this iconic bird back from the brink of extinction. Participants will also enjoy a hands-on opportunity to examine replicas of a bald eagle skeleton.
There is no fee to attend this program, but advanced registration is required. This program is best suited for children ages 5-12. Children must be accompanied by an adult to attend.
