Foods of the Delaware Highlands Dinner

The Dinner Committee and the Board of Directors invite you to the annual Foods of the Delaware Highlands dinner on Sunday, June 8, 2025 at The Inn at Woodloch in Hawley, PA. Enjoy a beautiful evening lakeside with a four-course seasonal menu from Chef Dan Corcoran featuring ingredients from local farms. Exciting silent and live auctions presented by auctioneer John Regan will feature fun and unique activities, art, and more highlighting the beauty and bounty of the Upper Delaware River region.
This year, we will recognize and honor Gordon and Henry MacAdam, who extended their conservation legacy in 2024 with the addition of 18 acres of forests, wetlands, and wildlife habitat to their existing 26-acre conserved “Rose Valley Forest” property in Sullivan County, NY.
Tickets are $185 per person with additional opportunities to support the event as a sponsor.
The funds raised from this special event will support the Conservancy’s mission to protect the working farms and forests, clean waters, and wildlife habitat of the Upper Delaware River region, now and for future generations. Please RSVP by May 22, 2025.
