Smokey Belles Catskills Homestead is a unique experience in a secluded wooded Catskills/ Delaware River haven. The nearest town of Narrowsburg, NY, is surrounded by an abundance of attractions & activities for Eco Tourism. Founded in 2007, we have hosted over 50 queer friendly artists & writers here, & down the road at Le Petite Cabine. Our mission is to guide creative types to foster a reconnection with nature for inspiration. Open year round for spring trout season, local hiking, rafting, hunting, through holidays into winter ski & ice fishing season. Secluded river frontage on renowned trout stream called the Ten Mile River. Multiple campfires for cooking or relaxing.
1940’s aesthetic rustic salt box style with old fashioned fixtures & antique decor styled by a Catskills native antique dealer & designer in collaboration with local shop Maison Bergogne. Eccentric library collection of nature books and Audubon guides.
The main house is available boarding house style for group retreats and events. Can sleep up to 6. There are 2 private bedrooms & a sleeping loft. Guest rooms also available for independent travelers, artists, & writers.  Seasonal hot outdoor shower in addition to full bath in house. The host and pets are living on this property.

Le Petite Cabine is an authentic Catskills vintage experience. Hand built blue stone fireplace & wood stove charm in this 1955 timber frame 2 bedroom Cabine. Open year round for spring trout season, local hiking, rafting, hunting, through holidays into winter ski & ice fishing season. Wooded seclusion & your own frontage with campfire on the renowned Ten Mile River trout stream. Just 5 min. from charming town of Narrowsburg, NY, on the Delaware River with quaint amenities & restaurants. A rustic writer’s guest shack for those wishing to read from our eccentric library of nature books & from One Grand Books, or write, or have nap off the grid. In addition to full bath in cabine, seasonal hot outdoor shower overlooking river & natural surrounds. Delaware River swimming holes & boat launch access 5 minutes away.
Can sleep up to 8 people in 2) private bedrooms & sleeping loft.
Seasonal Writer’s Shack can sleep 1-2 people.
