You are invited to join us this spring for a series of fun and educational events for all ages at the Van Scott Nature Reserve. March is Environmental Literacy month, and we’ll be reading some interesting books together and having some great conversations. In April, our theme is Food From the Forest—join us to learn about pollinators, some edible and medicinal plants, and drop in for an Earth Day Craft. In May, we’re exploring What Lives in the Woods and taking a closer look at black bears, foxes, and other furbearers.
Plus, this spring we’re partnering with Delaware Valley Ramps on Ramps-U-Pick events scheduled in April and May!
Visit our Events Calendar to learn more and register for these events and others. We hope to see you there!
Prefer to explore the trails at the Van Scott Nature Reserve on your own? Check out our downloadable Trail Map and review the Reserve Rules to help plan your visit. Please note, dogs are not permitted on the Reserve.
