The Delaware Highlands Conservancy is pleased to be working with EPR Properties within the planned Adelaar complex in Sullivan County, New York on a 160-acre conservation easement—a nature preserve that includes healthy forests, wetlands, and streams. This important area will be protected forever.

The Conservancy looks forward to working with community partners including EPR, Sullivan Renaissance, Catskill Mountainkeeper, and others to create a woodland trail on the property that will be open to residents and visitors to the region. More information about the trail will be available on the Sullivan County hiking website, TrailKeeper.org.
